Anadolu Shipyard is best known for building commercial vessels and military ships, but the Turkish yard also turns out stunning superyachts on occasion. The latest launch is an all-aluminum 134-footer that balances proportion with performance. the newcomer was designed to fulfill a very specific brief: The owner wanted a yacht that was not only spacious but also strong and capable at sea, Christened Aisha. As a bridge, it red yacht design penned the exterior and interior, with the team opting for a raised pilothouse (rph) design that creates the kinds of volumes typically associated with larger vessels while maintaining a sleek profile. The team also decided that Aisha would be built entirely of aluminum, making her lighter, faster, and more fuel-efficient than traditional steel equivalents. Notilus Design executed the naval architecture and engineering. The interior was designed in close collaboration with the owner, ensuring every inch works with his lifestyle. The result is a practical yet stylish environment that is fit for long stays, sporadic soirees, and everything in between. As a charter, it at the heart of the main deck is an expansive salon of approximately 645 square feet. It is equipped with a large seating area, a game/breakfast table, and a bar, making it perfect for entertaining or relaxed family hangouts. A tilting window connects the salon and the galley, meaning the family can chat as they whip up meals. Elsewhere on the main deck, the full-beam owner’s suite offers an office space and dual bathrooms. The lower deck houses the guest accommodation, including two double cabins and two singles, each with additional Pullman beds. The single cabins can also be converted into doubles if desired, allowing Aisha to sleep up to 10 guests. Eight crew can also be accommodated onboard. In exclusive circles, and a lounge, to top it off—quite literally—aisha features a sundeck just shy of 1, a fully equipped bar, 300 square feet with a dining table for 12. The hardtop provides shelter and shade, but there is also ample space for sunning. Aisha is equipped with twin MAN engines that give her an estimated top speed of 19 knots, a cruising speed of 15 knots, and a range of 1, 500 nautical miles, As for propulsion. Aisha’s delivery is scheduled for this spring.
